Adult Clinics

SPRING SCHEDULE RUNS MARCH 18 - MAY 17, 2024

This clinic is offered only to previous Ready, Set, Tennis participants. You will continue to work on basic stroke mechanics and technique, grips, scoring, positioning, and court terminology from the RST program.

• Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Adult Beginner Match play is a drop-in program for adults designed to introduce newer players to the world of tennis competition (match play) and/or for adults who played many years ago but need some time, practice and instructional assistance to become more comfortable in the playing points, games and matches. Our instructors will assist you on-court during your play experiences.

This clinic is for beginner to intermediate level players.  These clinics focus on a combination of technical, tactical, and game based drills, as well as games.
 

• Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

HIT (High Intensity Tennis) is a 1-hour training clinic created to help players develop and strengthen their strokes, reaction and stamina. HIT focuses on getting players to HIT tons of balls, burn calories, react, receive and sweat.

• Wednesdays: 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Play smarter, not harder. There's a lot more to tennis than just physical skill. Playing the game well also requires intellectual and emotional ability. This clinic, led by Mike Goldammer, will address all three aspects. Each week we will focus on incorporating IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Intelligence/Quotient) attributes into your physical game. Designed for intermediate to advanced players (limited to 12 players).
