SUMMER CAMP

Our Summer Camps are geared towards Red, Orange and Green Ballers. They are about fun, energy and learning the game the right way. Using age appropriate formats, players build skills while playing games, making friends and staying active.

  • June 1-4, 10:00am-12:00pm
  • June 15-18, 2:00pm-4:00pm
  • July 6-9, 10:00am-12:00pm
  • July 20-23, 2:00pm-4:00pm.

RED ROCKETS - AGES 4-7

This program is for ages 4 - 7, taught on 36’ courts, the kids using 19” - 23” racquets, and being taught with red foam and red dot balls.  Red Rockets I caters most to new players in the age range mentioned above or kids that need more time and attention to develop athletic skills (ABCs - agility, balance, coordination).  Players will also develop basic hand-eye skills, along with throwing, groundstroke, and volley work through fun and engaging drills and games.

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:15 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

ORANGE CRUSHERS - AGES 8-10

This program is for ages 8-10, taught on 60’ courts, the kids using 23”-25” racquets and playing with orange dot balls.  Players in this program will be taught tennis fundamentals and the development of serve, rally and score skills while directing the players through a variety of fun and challenging, age-appropriate games and drills. This class will also focus on the continual development of their athletic skills (ABCs - agility, balance, coordination).
 

  • Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

GREEN MACHINES - AGES 10-12

This program teaches and builds on the tennis fundamentals and the development of serve, rally and score skills while directing the players through a variety of fun games and drills that focus on all of the technical and tactical pieces of the game. The program is for ages 10-12, taught on the 78’ court, the kids using 25”-27” racquets and playing with green dot balls.
 

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT - AGES 12-18

This program is for advanced beginners through intermediate level players who have some experience competing in middle school, high school, and/or USTA team or tennis competition.  Only players aged 13-18 throughout the entire session may register for this program without prior approval of the Director of Tennis.

ACADEMY

Academy training is for committed, year-round tennis players who compete regularly in upper level UTR/USTA competition and aspire to play high school and/or college tennis. This is a comprehensive program designed to give players the technical, tactical, psychological and physical training and weapons they need to compete at the highest level of the game. For players aged 12-18. 
 

  • Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
